Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During busy periods (like holidays or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

If your order includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Some smaller items (such as single cards) may be sent via untracked letter mail to keep shipping costs low.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Tucked In Press LLC is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, it is in the care of the postal carrier. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by postal services, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your order seems delayed, please contact us at hello@flowergazaer.com, and we’ll do our best to help you locate it.


Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.
